The event, whose first edition was in 1999, is a tradition among the fishing community.
During the event, Açu Port offered two lectures, about Prostate Cancer Prevention and Skin Cancer Prevention, presented by Juçara Gomes, the port’s labor-specialized nurse, with vast experience in Oncology. The enterprise also distributed 200 protection kits to the fishermen, with a cap, sun lotion and a raincoat.
