With an undergraduate degree in Electric Engineering from the Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC), Schüffner has a master’s degree in the same field from the University of Campinas (Unicamp) and an MBA from Ibmec.
Fernando Schüffner Neto worked during 30 years at power utility CEMIG (Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais), holding several positions, the last one as Business Development Director. In the past six months, he was Business Development Director at Andrade Gutierrez.
He also served as board member in many power companies, such as Renova Energia, Aliança Energia, Light and others, as well as in the National System Operator (ONS).
