The event draws attention to the need to maintain the health of truck drivers in order to avoid road accidents. This edition is addressing the theme “A Healthy Diet and Obesity” and is expected to benefit around 150 drivers.
Blood pressure and glucose tests will be conducted in addition to examinations to check the health of spines, in addition to healthy eating and oral health tips. Informative material will also be distributed during the campaign about sexually transmitted diseases in addition to information about human rights. The campaign is being conducted at km 78 of highway BR 101, at the Federal Highway Police station in Lagamar from 8 AM to 4 PM.
