We have centralized the integrated emergency operation at Porto of Açu
The Operations and Emergency Response Center (CORE) at the complex includes the Vessel Traffic Service (VTS), the management of Property Security and the management of risks and emergencies via a unified control center. The objective is to optimize operational control, increase synergy between routine operations, and facilitate emergency response.
After all, safety is part of the values of Porto do Açu Operações and a pillar of our Sustainability Strategy. Our structures and processes aim at the maintenance and continuity of operations with a focus on safety, protecting life, and ensuring the integrity of our assets.

To attend to the identified emergency scenarios, we maintain structures and teams dedicated to prevention and response to possible risk situations, via an integrated flow with the port community.
