Oil Terminal

This terminal is owned by Vast Infraestrutura, affiliate company of Prumo, which is dedicated to offering safe and efficient integrated solutions for liquids, including a more efficient oil double banking operation in a sheltered offshore terminal 25m deep.

It is the only private terminal in Brazil able to receive Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs) and with licensed capacity of 1.2 million barrels/day.

Marine Fuels Terminal

Port of Açu also has a Marine Fuels Terminal (Tecma) with dedicated infrastructure for importing and trading marine fuels under the BP-Marine trademark. The terminal is ready to supply customers anytime, with operational flexibility to deliver MGO both at Port of Açu as well as offshore directly to the platforms/rigs.

LNG Regasification Terminal

The port also has a Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) Regasification Terminal that supplies up to 28 million m³/d of bp’s LNG to the Thermoelectric Power Park of GNA at Port of Açu.
